You reminded me that I bought patriotic fabric a couple years ago to make a 4th Of July banner, and have not yet done it!!! I guess I should, eh?

I've made both fabric and paper banners like this. So much fun and so easy, especially the paper ones, where you just put a hole punch in the left and ride side of the top of each pendant and thread the string through.
We need pics of the finished product.
Seriously, everything she does is gorgeous! I know yours will be too. :)
