You reminded me that I bought patriotic fabric a couple years ago to make a 4th Of July banner, and have not yet done it!!! I guess I should, eh? SOOO hot here, that all we can think about doing is swim!!! Hugs, Kris
I've made both fabric and paper banners like this. So much fun and so easy, especially the paper ones, where you just put a hole punch in the left and ride side of the top of each pendant and thread the string through.
