more stalking

In April I was stalking my new neighbors as they moved in.
This summer I was stalking their baby bunnies.

Behind their garage . . .

Shhh ~ Get a little closer . . .

They are so very cute.

I just hope when they are hungry they don't visit our garden!

Three days later, my son spots a baby in our yard.
The photo is deceiving but this bunny is so small.

In the neighbor's yard ~ mama looking for that baby.

Please don't tell the neighbors that a few days later my son rescued
one of the babies from our cat and we hope she doesn't find it again.

A week later Jim is mowing the lawn and
spots one of the babies in the front yard.

Before I could get the camera it ran under this plant.
At least the cat didn't get them all!

  1. The bunnies must be very tiny. I couldn't see them under the tree. I don't think cats and bunnies mix very well, do they?

PS; Would you do a post, touring your yard? What a grand old home!

  2. What cuties, but they can wreak havoc on a garden. Your home and grounds are lovely.

We are over run in our neighborhood by cute little bunnies that grew up to be crazy teenagers!

  5. They are so cute when they are tiny. They aren't quite as cute when they are now eating my flowers:( I agree with the other friends who think you have a beautiful home. I really like older homes with character and charm...that is what I saw in yours.

  6. So glad your husband didn't run over the baby! Our babies are now missing. I am hoping they just moved out and weren't found by the eagle or a neighbor's cat! Thanks for sharing this, Mary!
