One morning, in our rented Florida "Italian villa", I saw a few tiny ants in the bathroom with an obvious sweet tooth. We bought an ant trap and set it on the counter that night. In the morning this is what I saw . . .
A little parade of ants marching to the trap and back to a tiny hole in the tile.
I felt like I was watching a documentary on the discovery channel.
By the next day, not an ant in sight.
And . . . no, I don't feel any guilt. Sorry.
I don't feel guilty either. They are pests! Hope you're enjoying your Italian Villa!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a trap like that.

That is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI have never seen ants marching like that. Reminds me of the song, "The Ants go marching one by one, horrah, horrah."
When do we get to see this Villa?
I'm off to find your ant bait and trap! Like you.... no tears!

LOL I had to laugh at the ant parade.. That was classic.. That ant trap worked like a dream!
ReplyDeleteInstead of feeling guilty, I felt like cheering for you. I have experiencing that often in our home, and when I finally get to the point that there are not any in sight, I feel like throwing a party.
ReplyDeleteHope you are enjoying your Florida stay.
I wouldn't feel any guilt either! Thanks for the product endorsement. The next time we have a sweet ant invasion, I'll look for that.
ReplyDeleteI hope you allow pinning from your site because I want to pin it so I don't forget.
