I found this hors d'oeuvre on the Frilly Details Blog recently and with a few changes it has become a favorite for our Wine-on-Wednesday gatherings.
pour a small amount of olive oil on the serving platter
cover with a few chopped tomatoes and 4 diced green onions
next a generous amount of feta cheese
sprinkle Cavender's Greek Seasoning over all
serve with a French baguette
This is something my husband would love. So simple and I bet the flavors shine especially with the feta! Love feta :)
ReplyDeleteI never would have thought of that on my own. Sounds like a nice change from bruschetta.
ReplyDeleteI will save this one for August to use up all those tomatoes from the garden. Thanks, sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I love this recipe...tried it earlier this spring! Just don't eat as much as I did at one time...and feel sick the rest of the day! ;)
ReplyDeleteIf you say it's good, it must be.
ReplyDeleteAdding this to my recipes from you.
This looks easy enough for a quick Friday night snack on the porch. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteLooks good to me...a perfect lunch! :D
ReplyDeleteSounds great!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so good! What time was lunch? LOL
ReplyDeleteOh yum Feta cheese makes everything better.
